UK Deliveries

We ship to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days from dispatch. During peak periods or product launches, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery option. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the site.

International Orders & Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 7–21 working days after dispatch.

You may have to pay customs duties or import taxes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
